Return and Refund Policy

At Missy + Mesh, we want you to love your crystal mesh socks. Because of the delicate nature of our material, all items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging intact.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that due to hygiene and safety standards for intimate apparel, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or had the safety seals/packaging tampered with.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
